The service left me disappointed. The invoice took too long to arrive, and they couldn't send it by email as I had requested. That caused avoidable delays and inconvenience.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. Rooms were okay, though nothing special. It's very close to the ferry, but the neighborhood is boring.
