Villa Am Steinbach

We stayed eight nights in the Seeigel apartment and had a really comfortable time. It’s a lovely place with everything we needed, and the amenities were excellent. They even changed the towels for free halfway through our stay. We’d happily recommend it.

Getting around was easy. The promenade by the coast is under 500 meters away, and Sassnitz harbor, with its restaurants and leisure options, is about a ten-minute walk. Shops around town are also within walking distance. The parking lot is roughly 500 meters from the apartment; you get a chip card on arrival to open the barrier. A code for the key safe comes by email before arrival, so check-in is simple. We stayed in Apartment 2, which was roomy and well furnished for two, with modern decor and everything we needed. Great value, and we’d love to return. I can’t think of anything negative about the rental or its provider.

We had a lovely two-room apartment and felt at home there. The people on Rügen were all very friendly, and after 19 years of trips here, we still find it’s always worth coming back.

When we stayed in May 2023, I’d unfortunately missed the reviews beforehand. The apartment was lovely, clean, and very well looked after, with a fantastic location. The owners were friendly and the arrangements were straightforward. A special thank-you to the housekeeper at the time, who was so kind and helpful.
