Villa Nause

The apartment and Jacuzzi were very nice, and the view was beautiful. It’s not too far from the beach, but we couldn’t get connected to the Wi-Fi or internet.

Perfect.

The sea view was the one thing that felt luxurious. We stayed in the "Horizont" apartment for 12 days, and at €170 a night the value just isn't there. It felt neglected and run-down, with very little furniture for a place advertised as a luxury apartment. The beds were a problem too: the mattresses sagged, and the old pillows only worked after we folded them over three times. In the living and dining area, the table light was broken, one chair had upholstery worn through, there were no placemats, and the sofa was uncomfortable without a cushion. The balcony table was broken as well. The kitchen was missing lots of basics for cooking, including salad servers, oven-safe dishes, a corkscrew, a cooking spoon and a grater. We only had two dishwasher tablets and one kitchen towel for the whole stay. Some cabinet doors were crooked, with edges coming loose. The kitchen clock didn't work, and both ceiling lights only came on now and then. The remote was dirty, and the windows were dirty too. We wouldn't recommend it in this condition at that price.

The Baltic Sea view was great, parking was right at the house, and the manager was always reachable. Those were the good parts of our week in Apartment Fontane in autumn 2025, with two adults, one child and a dog. We paid €1,324. The lack of Wi-Fi for half the stay was a real problem. The management refunded €52.50 as a consolation, but the whole experience was poor value and didn't feel luxurious or especially comfortable. We won't be back. The kitchen had only the bare minimum, including a grater about the size of a lighter, and trim strips on the cabinets were loose or missing. There was no vacuum cleaner. After we complained by phone, they brought us a wet/dry vacuum. The TV in the living room was smaller than described and propped up with paperbacks. There was no second TV or stereo, and the DVD player's remote was missing. We were asked twice to pay even though we'd already paid. Other guests in the house had the same experience, which didn't come across as professional.
