We spent a week in the Kutter holiday apartment. The sea view was great, and the place is modern, tastefully furnished, and very spacious, with plenty of storage. It’s right by the dog beach. But the floor was sandy and filthy, and some dishes were dirty. There were no flat plates. The bathroom had just one outlet, hard to find, and it didn’t work. The mattresses are completely worn out, so you’re lying right on the slatted frame. Everything costs extra, including bed linen, towels, a travel cot, and a highchair. The underground parking space is useful in warm weather, but not every car will fit. Have two people on hand to park and get out.

We had a wonderful holiday, staying in apartments Kutter and App.1 with our dogs. Both were comfortably furnished and had a great sea view. The issue was the underground garage entrance: with its current design, some cars can’t get through, and this needs to be addressed. Our car came away completely scratched up.

The promenade has souvenir shops and restaurants serving all kinds of food, and the beach is right across from this small, cozy apartment. We’d gladly come back.

The apartment was amazing, with a sea view right from inside. Just cross the street and you’re at the sea!
