We came across this lovely hotel while walking nearby and stopped for lunch. Such a nice surprise. My German husband said I had to try the schnitzel, and I'm glad I took his advice. It was delicious, cooked just right and full of flavor. One of those unexpected meals that makes the day. I'd recommend it if you're passing through.

The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, parking is easy and free, and breakfast was traditional German style, which suited me. I first checked into a very good room, but the internet wasn't strong enough for what I needed. The owner and reception team found the best room they could and upgraded me for free. Just be aware there are stairs and no elevator. I highly recommend it if you want to stay by the sea, only minutes from Ostsee Therme and its saunas.

Room 104 was the best, with a balcony and loads of light. I loved the interior design too. The Romanian lady on the breakfast staff was absolutely the best :) I had a very good stay and hope I can come back sometime :)

The hotel is older, and you can hear quite a lot from other rooms. The decor is nice, and everything was okay overall. The restaurant is good, though other places in town may be cheaper, if perhaps not as good.
