Haus am Waldpark

The garden was a highlight, with several comfortable spots to sit in the sun at different times of day and a lovely view from the apartment terrace. The garden leads straight into the forest, and the Scheidegg nature trail is only a few steps away. Susanne, the landlady, was warm and friendly, always ready to listen and share tips. I stayed for 14 days in September 2025 and found the apartment very comfortable, with everything I needed for a holiday. Towels and bed linen were supplied and changed when I asked, which meant I could bring much less luggage. The terrace had chairs and loungers with cushions, and the apartment was in a central spot: both Lake Constance and the mountains were about 30 minutes away. There are lots of activities around, so there's no shortage of things to do. Haus am Waldpark feels like a little paradise in Scheidegg, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A small but nicely furnished, clean room, just as described. The house and grounds are large and lovely, and the setting is peaceful. The hostess was very nice. It worked perfectly for our two nights in the beautiful Allgäu region.

The booking details got a little mixed up, but the hosts quickly sorted everything out and were very friendly and solution-oriented. I was completely satisfied. The basement room was lovely, with a tidy little bathroom, and I felt very comfortable there. Thanks so much!

Surrounded by nature, the place feels like a little paradise, with care put into all the details. The property was exceptional in every way. My room was essentially in the basement, but that didn't cause any drawbacks. I'd love to come back and explore the area.
