We had a really comfortable, relaxing suite, and the food and beer in the restaurant were great too. The family and their team are so friendly and run a wonderful place. A perfect stay in this family run hotel in the Black Forest.

The room had loads of space and looked either new or recently refurbished. Since we were on motorcycles, my friends and I were glad we could leave the bikes in the garage overnight. We chose half board at a very reasonable price, and the outdoor seating was ideal in the lovely weather during our three night stay. The staff were helpful, friendly, and spoke great English. We got a warm welcome, a cold beer, and great food. This was my second time at Hotel Waldblick, though my first visit was more than 15 years ago. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

The team were excellent and really attentive throughout our three night motorcycle tour from the UK. We had a modern, cool room, and chose half board, with a four course dinner and an excellent breakfast. We made good use of the lovely terrace for drinks and dinner, and even ate breakfast outside in the heatwave. There are route maps for motorcyclists, and they helped us find places we would easily have missed. Kids, and probably adults too, will get a kick out of the robot waiter bringing dinner to the table.

A great base in the Black Forest, with friendly staff and other guests who were into the same things we were. We were there for just three nights on a biking trip from the UK. Half board meant we had a table reserved for dinner, and we enjoyed a few beers. Breakfast was just right, with eggs to choose from along with the usual cereals and breads.

The beef roast was exceptionally well prepared. I’m used to good beef back home in South Africa, and this was one of my best meals. I came here because someone recommended it, and after enjoying the hospitality and food, I’m recommending it too. I’ve marked the place on my maps so I can come back one day.
