We spent a week in a fabulous junior suite overlooking the lake, and for us the whole stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff provided top quality service in every area. I can't think of a single fault or even a small detail we weren't happy with. I've never before reviewed a hotel and concluded that everything was perfect, but that's how it was for my wife and me.

We had a wonderful experience, with phenomenal hospitality from start to finish. Special thanks to Fiona, who did a great job looking after our table. She's great with little kids and really good at her job. We'll be back!

The restaurant and its excellent team met our expectations, and the wellness area, including the lovely swimming pool, was very good. But the rooms and room service kept this from being a five-star stay at Deimann. We paid 525 Euro per night for a double room with half board, so we expected impeccable service. The room itself was pretty standard, and I had expected more from a 5 star hotel. Our balcony cost an extra 50 Euro per night, but it was tiny and looked out over weeds and a rooftop, as shown in the picture. There was a little glimpse of sun early in the morning. Old ventilators in our bathroom and the neighboring rooms made a loud humming noise at night that woke me up. After a bad night, I complained and we were moved to a room with quieter ventilators. We were told room service would move our two bags over before 2 pm, so we didn't need to worry. We'd already packed most of our things and left them ready, but when my husband checked at 3 pm, nothing had been moved. He had to chase it up, and room service had still left part of my luggage behind. We found out later, and I personally checked the old room because we'd lost faith they'd manage such a simple task.

We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, and the hotel is cosy, very nice, and has friendly staff and excellent service. For me, the downside was breakfast: it was very simple, didn't include cappuccino or espresso, and felt too pricey. Improve and add some variety to the breakfast menu and you'll be perfect. Thanks for your work, and good luck!

My partner and I stay at hotels often, including internationally, and Deimann Hotel will stay in our memory. Everything felt classically elegant and charming, from the wellness and spa area to the massages, the food, and the friendly service staff. We'll be happy to return!
