We were welcomed so warmly, and breakfast was good. The hotel felt cozy and pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. A fantastic stay!

The setting felt very unattractive to me, and seeing rubble by the front door made me want to head home. There was no welcome. The room was clean, but we only got clean towels once. Meals were a letdown too. We had to clear the table ourselves, there were no placemats or tablecloths, and the dining space where we served ourselves was tiny. The food had no flavor and all tasted the same. Brussels sprouts in July, then the same tired desserts every day, with spoons standing upright in them. What a waste of our holiday and money. Definitely not recommended. There were 22 of us on vacation, and everyone was very dissatisfied, apart from Jan, who was quite something. The other gentleman from Pakistan was friendly too. I only saw the owner once, and she just doesn’t have it and never will. I had to get this off my chest to warn you.
