Hotel Quellenhof

My friends and I were meant to stay here on December 19, but we all came down with influenza and couldn't travel. It was completely unexpected, so we contacted the hotel to ask if we could move the booking to another date. We knew a refund might be out of the question, but hoped they could at least reschedule us. They refused to help at all, without any apparent willingness to understand our situation. I was especially disappointed by the lack of concern for guest safety and public health. Having sick guests travel and stay there could put other people at risk, but that didn't seem to matter. The response felt focused on money rather than caring for customers facing genuine circumstances. I'd advise others to be cautious when booking, as management showed no empathy or interest in helping.

A clean, quiet place to stay. Thanks to the staff, especially the kind lady at reception who helped us so much.

The room was large, the price was good, and there's parking on site. Everything was clean, and there's a cute stream behind the hotel. Just make sure the shower curtain is positioned properly, or the floor can get very wet.

We stayed one night and had a great experience, even though some Booking.com reviews had made me unsure. The terrace looked out toward the Alps, and the room was large and clean. The location was amazing and the staff were friendly, so I really can't find anything negative to say. At €74, it was cheaper than other hotels in the area.
