The family room was larger than average, and breakfast was okay. The decor is typical of the area, and the host was very friendly. It's a beautiful, peaceful location close to the Kehlsteinhaus and restaurants, surrounded by nature. There's no luxury, but it's solid, good accommodation for a night or a few more. I'd stay again when passing through.

Our three-bed room was very comfortable, and the hosts were super friendly. The view was good, and breakfast was typical Bavarian. The one downside was the bathroom partition, which didn't offer much privacy.

The rooms were clean, the hostess very friendly, and for the price the breakfast was perfectly adequate. The guesthouse is quiet and somewhat secluded on the edge of town, about a 30-minute drive from Berchtesgaden. Around half the guests were foreign construction workers. They left early, so everyone was awake from 5 a.m., and their loud, very long phone calls to family back home each evening were annoying. Otherwise, the value for money was really good.
