Haus Schneverdingen

We felt right at home in this cozy, beautifully furnished house and are already planning to return next year. It’s well placed for hiking and cycling, with good restaurants close enough to walk to. We had a lovely exchange with the owner before arriving, and the property manager arranged everything so check-in went smoothly.

The garden was my favorite part, with just the right mix of cared-for and natural, and enough trees and shrubs to feel private and unwind. The house itself was spotless, modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The hosts were friendly and easy to contact. You can set off hiking from the holiday home, right by the Lüneburg Heath. We especially recommend the circular trail around the Pietzmoor. It’s also comparatively inexpensive for what you get. I’d book it again in a heartbeat 😊

We were very happy with the house and would gladly come back. It’s quiet, well kept, and well equipped, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The large forest right next door made it easy to head out for long walks or bike rides. Hamburg is about an hour away by car, so we spent a day there too. Booking was straightforward, and communication with the owner was easy.

Getting there and leaving were both easy, and communication with the owner and property manager was pleasant. The holiday home is cozy, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, just right for a getaway for two.
