The service was bad and rude. Around 17:00, I asked when the sauna would close and was told 1930, which wouldn't work with dinner. After dinner I asked again if we could use it, since we'd specifically come for the sauna after a long drive. Someone else said it was open until 20. Then I saw in the elevator that it was open until 2130. When I went to ask at 20, they said it wasn't possible because of the heating or something. They generally wouldn't speak English, which is fine, but they didn't try to work things out with a translation app either. They just walked away.

Comfortable rooms, convenient parking, and a quality restaurant. The setting was relaxing, and the price and quality made a really good combination.

No English was spoken here, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful just because I didn't speak her language.

The room was clean, the location quiet, and breakfast was good.
