The hostess was incredibly kind and accommodating, and made the breakfast exactly as requested, with fresh vegetables and fruit arranged nicely. The coffee was very good too. Our modern accommodation was spacious, beautiful and quiet, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake and an incredibly comfortable box-spring bed.

We'd be glad to stay again. The breakfast was delicious and generous, served at our table, and booking was easy. The owner was very friendly. Lessing31 in Schotten has two rooms sharing a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and seating. Our large, well-furnished room had a very comfortable bed and a lovely terrace with seating and a view of the reservoir. The location was great, with parking just outside.

We chose Pension Lessing31 for an overnight stop on our bike tour to Schotten, and left absolutely delighted. Mrs. Vielhaber was friendly and attentive, and gave us useful tips and advice. Breakfast was lovingly put together, with different coffees including cappuccino. Our spacious room in the modern house was attractively furnished and had box-spring beds. The well-kept terrace overlooked the Nidda Reservoir, with an open view across meadows, forest and lake since the house sits at the end of the road. We could store our bikes in a separate room on the same level, so there was no need to carry heavy luggage. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

The building appears to be from around the start of 2017 and looks to have a high luxury standard. From outside, it seems like a high-quality stay, with a view of the Nidda Dam, plus a barbecue and pool.
