The view over Schwarzach is fantastic, and the setting is beautiful and quiet. If you enjoy the "Harry Truman" show, this might be your ideal stay. For me, though, the hosts' daily curiosity and inspections were too much: they checked rooms, turned the radiators down, and raised the fridge temperature. Even behind the glass door, I felt constantly watched, with no privacy.

It's very quiet around here, with hardly any cars, and the forests are great for hiking. The rooms are spacious, nicely redone in wood, and have kitchens and bathrooms. The sports center and ski slopes are close by too.

The kitchen gear is miserable, and the hot water lasts about a minute before it's cold for the whole barrack. But what can we do, I can't control Cesi, that...?!

A major issue is that there's no hot water in the evenings.
