Aparthotel - Stadtvilla Premium

When we came back that evening, the windows were open and the heaters had been switched off. It had been a cold day, and by then the heaters wouldn't work anymore. The manager brushed it off, saying we couldn't prove anything and no harm had been done. He seemed arrogant and unconcerned about whether guests were comfortable. Earlier, we had left at 9:00, even though checkout wasn't until 11, to visit the nearby shopping center. We planned to return and finish checking out, but got a call asking if we were coming back. It sounded as if we were being told the room had already been cleaned because we'd taken all our belongings with us. I'd paid for the room through checkout and didn't expect to feel pushed out early. We should be able to come and go until then, even if we take our things with us. Our car was still there, and the hotel had our credit card if there were any concern we'd disappear. The staff seemed untrained, and when criticized, even the manager was snippy. Hospitality means letting people stay in a comfortable room and responding decently to feedback. If you can't take criticism, maybe this isn't the right business. Train your staff, and yourself, dear manager, to welcome people instead of acting annoyed with the job.
