The staff were helpful overall, and it's a great place to stay. The older woman in charge of breakfast was the exception. She kept criticizing us in front of others because we used hot water and made our own coffee when nobody was there to do it. I wish she'd made every guest feel welcome, instead of treating us like refugees.

The lobby fireplace is beautiful, and the staff are so warm and welcoming. It's a nice little family hotel, and everything else was great. The rooms could have been warmer, though.

The sauna was good, and breakfast was okay. The hotel and beds were comfortable enough, but I didn't like the smell inside. It was musty, possibly from some old furniture.

It's a simple, clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was very basic but fine. The beds were really small, and the footboards made them feel even shorter.

It's a family-run hotel in a great spot for the castle and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was included in the rate and was excellent.
