The breakfast was superb, with lots to choose from, and the hostess checked whether everything was to our liking. She brought extra coffee or tea when asked. The guest house is cozy, clean, and not expensive, with a very friendly host and hostess who speak English and German. Our room had a balcony and a small fridge, and the wifi connection was good. There's a supermarket just outside on the way from the parking lot to the Mosel river. You can park on the premises and use the shed for your bike, including charging your electric bike batteries. It's a short walk to the centre of Cochem. Definitely worth it, and a recommendation from us.

Breakfast gave us a lovely start each day, with plenty to choose from and a view of Cochem Castle. The owner was really kind, too, bringing us coffee or tea every morning. Our room was much bigger than we expected and even had its own kitchen. It’s around a 15-minute walk to the center, along the Mozel River, with the castle right there to admire. We had such a good time and would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be close to the castle.

We loved how peaceful the setting was, away from the busy Altstadt but still close to everything Cochem has to offer. The grounds were beautiful, and our room was clean and pleasant, with a little kitchen that suited us well. We didn’t get to try breakfast, unfortunately. I only wish we’d had longer at Pension Schneider and in Cochem. Maybe on another trip to Germany!

A little outside the center, but still an easy walk into Cochem. This is a solid B&B, and the owners seem to work at keeping things in order and up to date, though it still feels a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was okay. At 100 Euro a night through booking.com in high season, the value felt borderline.

The hosts were very friendly, and the room was beautiful. A great pension in a nice location. Just keep in mind they only accept cash, not cards.
