The welcoming, laid-back feel was there from the start. Bozbulut at reception was friendly and helpful when I checked in, and later made me a nice cocktail at the bar. Great staff and a great hotel.

The breakfast was tasty, the staff were really nice, and I slept well in a comfortable bed. The room was a little dusty, which was my only complaint. The railway station is very close, so getting to Hannover was no trouble, and there were a couple of very good restaurants nearby.

Good value for the price, and the people here clearly care about their customers. I left an item in my room and couldn't come back for it, so the hotel offered to send it to my home address abroad. It arrived very quickly, and I didn't have to pay anything in advance. Fair, kind service.

For the price and star category, it has everything you could expect. The rooms were very clean, the staff kind, and breakfast was good. There's free parking beneath the hotel too. Really good value.

The room was plain but clean, and the bed was comfortable. I liked the restaurant and the breakfast, which had plenty of choices. The one downside was that the WiFi didn't work in the rooms.
