Weingut Loescher

We found this winery during a short break and went because we were curious about the brandies and other products. Their website had the sweet invitation, "Come and be enchanted," which helped convince us to visit. The doors were locked when we first arrived, but someone spotted us from a passing car and realized we were interested visitors. We were shown into a tasting room, and Martin greeted us warmly soon after. We sampled some lovely brandies and liqueurs while chatting and getting helpful information, and bought several of them. Thanks again for the pleasant conversation and all the advice, especially during harvest season when time must be in short supply.

We were here for two days with colleagues, and everything went really well. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and Chantal was such a kind, accommodating host. Martin's wine tasting was both fun and informative. Thanks so much! And of course, the wines are highly recommendable.

We had a fantastic tasting with Martin, got to sample the whole selection, and didn't even have an appointment. At Löscher's, it seems you're always welcome. We brought some of those really good wines home, and I expect we'll order from Löscher's heirs again. The winery makes delicious wine, and the family's patriarch distills excellent spirits. 🙋‍♂️🍇🍷

Everything was clean and really well organized during our short but lovely stay. We enjoyed a generous breakfast, then had a delicious glass of wine in the evening. If you're nearby, this is definitely a good place to stay.
