Cheap and clean, but there was no internet connection.

The only plus was the central location. I booked a double room but got a very worn three-bed room for €75. There was a loud fridge, a microwave with shabby dishes, ancient laminate, badly worn mattresses and loose electrical sockets. The room and hallways smelled musty. The bathroom looked like it was from the 70s, painted green, brown and beige, with silverfish and a dripping tap. The toilet base was broken and the seat was loose. I was uneasy all night because the door had only a knob on the inside, with no cylinder lock. The landlord changes prices daily and wasn't there when I arrived, so I had to deal with a man who lived there and had been homeless about three weeks earlier. Absolutely outrageous. The authorities and health department should inspect it immediately and get this dump shut down.
For €60 a night, we expected the double room with a bathroom that we had booked. Instead, we got a five-bed room with the shower and toilet out in the hallway. It was worker accommodation, with three doors that you couldn't lock yourself. The place was far from clean and very noisy, right between two streets. An absolute disgrace.
The apartments are new and lovely, with affordable prices and a central location.
Handy for getting around, with good transport links. The location is really nice and central.
