Koncept Hotel H2O

The location is handy, near the train station and lots of restaurants, and a nearby garage made parking manageable at 15€ per day. The room was spacious and clean in most areas. But I found hair on the bed when I arrived, the toilet brush was filthy, and the showerhead was broken. I could hear street conversations through the poor soundproofing, and trains run very close to the hotel. It got quite loud, especially at night, and made it hard to sleep well. If convenience and space matter more to you than quiet, it could suit a short stay. If you're sensitive to noise or particular about cleanliness, maybe not.

The only good thing was being right by a train station. We spent about 10 minutes trying to find the hotel, then discovered we hadn't been sent the code to enter. A kind man staying there eventually let us in, which felt very unsafe. Check-in was awful, with only a bent iPad for assistance. Our room looked nothing like the pictures, the toilet stank and had a sh** stain down it, and we were opposite a bar playing loud music all night. Our neighbors were disrespectful too, banging on our door and running away all night, and playing incredibly loud music. There was no reception, no staff around, and no one to help. If you're after somewhere quiet, definitely don't stay here.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is right beside the train station. There's no reception or service agent on standby, so you have to handle things yourself. I did run into a small problem, but luckily it was during the day and the cleaning staff were able to help. When everything goes smoothly, it's a good stay.

The rooms are decent, and the location right across from the train is nice. The Wi-Fi is really bad.
