The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the employees are genuinely friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. The service really stands out. I'd absolutely come back.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my 12-night business trip to Siegen. I hope to stay here again when I'm back next year. In July 2024, the room's air conditioning worked great during the warm weather, and the large bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, including the modern bathroom, where hot water came through the walk-in shower within seconds. Breakfast was a typical German spread, with plenty of fresh bread, cold cuts, cheeses, pancakes, fruit, and fresh scrambled eggs. They had two coffee machines that made each cup to order. A couple of blocks up the street, I found a fantastic grocery store called Dornseifer, good for meals, bottled water, and adult beverages. For regular HIE travelers, a few things to know: there was no fridge or microwave in my room, though it did have a water boiler for instant coffee or tea. There were no closets or dresser drawers, only a small place to hang clothes. The hotel also had no laundry service, but Speed Queen, a high-tech laundromat, was a mile down the road. Parking cost 12 Euro a day and could fill up. I was lucky to get one of the last spaces each evening when I returned. I usually left my rental car there and walked to dinner or shopping.

Siegen Hauptbahnhof is only a few steps away, so getting around from the hotel's central spot was very convenient. The staff were friendly and well organized, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Breakfast was exceptional and a lovely way to start the day.

It's a very modern hotel with the essentials covered. The rooms are minimal, but have what you need, and the staff are friendly with adequate English. I'd have liked more variety at breakfast, though. Fried eggs and bacon matter quite a bit to me. 😉
