The location in the Northern Black Forest is handy for hiking trails and nearby places like Calw and Herrenberg, and the owners were extremely friendly. We received eggs from their own chickens, and there was a basement washing machine plus a clothes rack for the apartment. In apartment 1 at Fuchskreuzhof, we had lots of space, a modern, roomy bathroom, and everything we needed. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedroom was completely quiet. Outside, though, the road and nearby wood factory made some noise. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the horses and well-kept garden, as well as the large smart TV with YouTube. Excellent value, and highly recommended.

The forest is right outside for lovely walks, and there are good restaurants and a fantastic farm shop nearby. Reinhold and Martina's apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and so cozy, with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. We spent four wonderful days there with our baby. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

We loved being able to spend time with the horses, and Reinhold and Martina were excellent, very friendly hosts. The holiday apartment was beautiful, well equipped, and in an idyllic setting. We'd gladly come back.

The friendly landlords, lovely animals, and great excursion spots all made for a wonderful Black Forest holiday at Fuchskreuzhof. Our holiday apartment was comfortably furnished.

Thanks to the very friendly, helpful owners for three lovely days. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped, with a fantastic view over the fields and into the forest.
