Holiday Inn - the niu, Star Sindelfingen, an IHG Hotel

We were very satisfied with our long business stay. My family, including our baby, was comfortable, and the staff helped right away whenever we asked. They also took our feedback seriously. There’s a spacious lobby, a baby friendly changing room, a garden, and plenty of parking spaces. Parking costs extra, as it does at most hotels in this chain. Thanks to the staff for making our family stay so comfortable.

The rooms are clean, nice, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and pleasant thanks to Leon Kavousi, who was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. His warm, professional manner made a great first impression. Thank you, Leon!

It was a complete nightmare. I stayed one night and wouldn’t come back even if it were free. I booked through a travel agency and paid in full beforehand, but was charged again at check-in. I’m still trying to get that payment refunded. There were plenty of empty rooms, yet I got the last room at the far end of the building, Room No: 413. I assume it isn’t used often. It looked clean overall, but there were dust mites in the bed, and I spent the whole night itching instead of sleeping. I hope management pays closer attention to cleanliness.

This place puts the Holiday Inn Express to shame. The rooms are comfortable and have all the thrills and expectations you’d get from a bigger name in the IHG chain, while keeping things simple and moderate. Excellent receptionist and staff. A great addition to IHG!
