Simone deserves special thanks. She’s a wonderful, friendly host and property manager who carefully handles guest requests and does her best to make stays comfortable. My wife and I visit for work almost every other week, and we highly recommend Brera Singen for both short and long stays. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well maintained and furnished, with fully equipped kitchenettes. Internet is fast and stable, great for working from home. There’s a large shared conference area on the ground floor for official work, plus a modern elevator and a spacious parking lot. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Singen train station. Smart digital check-in and checkout are available 24 hours. Possibly the best place to stay in Singen for business, vacation, or working vacations.

The location is good and it feels like good value, but there’s no AC. The bathroom smelled really bad, and it was difficult to keep the bathroom door open. I did really like how seamless the self check-in and checkout were.

Having parking right outside was convenient, and the small balcony was super cozy. The apartment is directly across from Lidl supermarket, so we made good use of the kitchen. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use through the app, though they cost extra. It was a perfect base for exploring Rheine Falls, and I highly recommend it. Only thing missing for us was an oven in the kitchen.
