I left a day early because the room was dirty, the shower head was disgusting, and the mattress and duvet were uncomfortable. When I told the manager at checkout, she was rude and argued with me, trying to blame me for the mess while her colleague laughed in the background. I was embarrassed for both of them. I visit Soest regularly, but I'll never stay at Hotel Am Wall again. It's an unprofessional, run-down hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it. I couldn't wait to leave that dirty hole of a place.

The staff and reception were very nice and welcoming, and the backyard is beautiful. The room was okay and the location was okay too. Breakfast was excellent and all-you-can-eat, at £18 per person. I loved this hotel and will definitely come back. Thanks, Am Wall Soest!

It's inexpensive and has no frills, with a good location and a decent price-to-quality ratio. The beds are alright, and the TV is quite large. Inside, it looks not bad, while the exterior looks good. The room was clean and tidy, though a little plain, with just a tiny picture on the wall.

We just arrived at this nice little place. The building itself looks outdated, though the entrance hall is pleasant, with an elevator at the back that goes up to the second floor. Our room looks modern, and the bathroom is nice. For the lower price we got, I can't complain. I'll add pictures later.

It's a simple hotel, with smaller rooms, but everything was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable, breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again.
