There were some thoughtful touches in the room, like motion-activated LED lights under the bed and reading lights you could adjust a lot. Breakfast also had a good selection. Still, the hotel seems past its best. The armchair looked stylish and well made but needed repair or replacement. The carpet didn't seem clean, and the bathroom walls looked old, possibly moldy. At the breakfast buffet, flies were crawling around. After reception closed, the sign-in system made us enter all our details again, even though they were already on the booking. Arriving at night, that's not what you want to deal with.

We came with our child and dog and were greeted by very friendly staff. The rooms were lovely, clearly refurbished with a lot of investment some years ago, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was very good, with a great range of local meats and cheeses and especially good bread. We didn't eat at the restaurant, though the dishes looked wonderful. The garden was well kept, with a few ponds full of Koi fish. Some of the exterior was being renovated, but it didn't detract from our stay. There was no AC, and the ceiling fan didn't work, which was our only issue. The hotel is a couple of minutes' drive from the outlet village. It's near the road, but traffic wasn't a problem for us. We'll be back, and Eden is absolutely recommended.

The building is beautiful, and we had a great one-night stay with our two kids. The one downside was the wait for food at the restaurant. We also ordered red wine, but it was a strange sparkling wine. We asked to change it, got the same thing again, and ended up having beer instead. We'd keep the address for a future visit. Thank you!

The property has beautiful grounds with koi ponds and sculptures, and the rooms are beautiful too. Breakfast was great, with delicious local meat and cheeses. It's conveniently close to the highway and perfectly placed for shopping at the outlet mall. There was restoration work outside, but it wasn't noisy. The room had no AC. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.
