The room's atmosphere at the Michelin-starred restaurant at Hotel Hirsche may not immediately feel as prestigious as the accolade suggests, but the food makes the visit worthwhile. The dishes use local ingredients with impressive balance and finesse. There are three different preparations of Rainbow trout on the menu, each showing off the fish in its own way. The Schwabish Wagyu is another highlight, cooked to bring out its rich, tender qualities. A unique meal and commendable cooking for anyone who loves food.

The food tasted exceptional, and everything from the service to the small details was outstanding. It all felt perfect. Just be ready to spend that much on a meal.

We chose the gourmet menu at Restaurant Hirsch today, and both the meal and service were excellent. We'll definitely return.

We felt very comfortable throughout a wonderful evening. The service was friendly, attentive, and dedicated, and the care put into every plate was impressive. The food was a real top-class culinary experience.

We chose the regional four-course menu, and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. Gerd Windhösel focuses on fresh, seasonal, regional ingredients and products typical of the Swabian Alps, which we really appreciate. We've eaten at the Michelin-starred Restaurant Hirsch several times and have always been very satisfied. The cuisine is excellent, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service both attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
