We spent some lovely days here with our two children and would be glad to return. Hinang is quiet, with no traffic noise, and in the morning you wake to cowbells as the herd is driven through the village toward the meadows. The house is beautiful inside and out, like many in Hinang, and has everything a holidaymaker in the Bavarian Alps could want. Our apartment had been newly renovated to a high standard, with thoughtful furnishings and spotless rooms when we arrived. The hosts were warm and friendly, and we felt at home straight away. Highly recommended.

You can set out on long hikes through the beautiful Allgäu right from this spacious, lovingly furnished apartment. Come winter, the cross-country trails around Oberstdorf are waiting nearby. The living room is cozy, there are two bedrooms plus a crib, and the kitchen opens straight onto a balcony where you can sit sheltered and comfortably even when it's raining. It has excellent amenities and everything we could have needed. We felt at home as soon as we arrived.

The Hartmann family were friendly and helpful, whether we needed excursion ideas or wanted to hear about local history. Thanks again for such a lovely stay. We were at Landhaus Martin in mid-November, right in the center of Hinang, yet it was pleasantly quiet with little traffic. Several hikes of different lengths begin at the house, and the nearby larger towns are quick to reach by car or can be included on a hike. The apartment was just our style: lots of wood and a rustic feel in the living and sleeping areas, balanced by a modern, fully equipped, high-quality kitchen and a sunny, sheltered balcony. The furnishings felt thoughtful and stylish. With more than 100 square meters, there was room to spend evenings together and still have privacy when we wanted it. Fantastic.

At the beginning of August 2023, we spent nine days at Landhaus Martin. The Hartmann family welcomed us warmly. The apartment has been renovated with care and attention to detail, and its high-quality furnishings and quiet setting made it a wonderful place to stay. It was an ideal starting point for hikes. We'll definitely book it again next year.
