Autumn sunshine on the terrace, a view of the greenery, and a really peaceful setting made this feel like a lovely home for a week on the island ♡. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, and the staff were very friendly. Thoughtful little touches made us feel welcome: a traditional teapot with some Frisian tea, heart-shaped biscuits, and fresh autumn decorations from the garden.

The house and grounds are well cared for, set in a lovely typical island green setting. Our apartment was bright, clean, and cozy. The bathroom is a little small but works fine. One side of the bed can only be reached from the foot, which could be difficult for older guests or anyone with limited mobility, so keep that in mind when booking. We felt very comfortable in the house in the park and would stay again on our next trip to Spiekeroog.

A place full of positive energy, owned by the lovely Gerdes family. It’s great for a holiday, and also a wonderful place to work ♥️

The housekeeper, Mrs. Rommel, gave us a friendly welcome and looked after us well. The apartment had everything we needed for a holiday, and there’s also a small sauna you can use. We’re very satisfied and would love to come back.
