There's plenty of room, a large flat-screen TV, lots of power outlets, and free parking on the property. We got in using a key box. The sea is nearby, as is a stilt house restaurant, and you can walk through parkland with playgrounds to St. Peter-Ording. The house is a bit older but has been renovated. The dishes, oven, and desk weren't fully clean, unfortunately, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and toilet.

The bed was super comfortable, and the renovated kitchen and appliances are high quality. I also liked the pleated blinds and spotlights. But the place still needs more care: there's very little storage in the bathroom and shower, cables are exposed on the wall, and bathroom ventilation isn't adequate. The mix of quality furniture and cheap fixtures makes the whole place feel short on the details that would make a stay comfortable. The outdoor area could use an update too. The rental didn't feel especially thoughtful for guests. There was only a lonely bottle of wine on the kitchen table, with no information brochures or welcome gift. The Booking.com pictures were misleading and made it seem like a different property. If the listing shows wine and chocolate, those pictures should reflect what's actually there.

A room with a kitchen that works well and an excellent bathroom, just right for two and good value for money. The apartment is very close to the dike and the charming old town of SPÖ, with lots of restaurants and cozy cafes.

We don't feel comfortable here and will leave early. There was no TV signal when it rained, and our attempts to contact anyone went nowhere. The parking spot was supposedly included, but every space was occupied. Inside, the bedroom felt like a junk room, with a clothes rack and cleaning supplies all piled in one corner. The furnishings were average at best, despite looking high quality in the promotional photos. There were cobwebs and dust bunnies, dead insects in the interior ceiling lights, and yellow stains on the bathroom blind.
