We had a really lovely stay in SPO. The little apartment was cozy and had what we needed, with a central spot in St. Peter Bad and a parking space in the building's underground garage. On arrival, though, the shower and toilet were dirty, so the cleaning could have been better. The beds weren't made, and I hadn't realized we needed to bring our own sheets because that wasn't clear in the booking.

The apartment's in a central spot near the shops and beach, and I'd happily come back. We really liked the tasteful furnishings and how well equipped it was. The balcony gets sunshine from around midday, and you can watch a great sunset in the evening. Everything felt just right.

Our apartment was really lovely, and the whole building was quiet. It sits right on the promenade, though the one-bedroom units are run by different providers, so experiences may vary. The building itself is shabby, and both the stairwell and the basement route to the underground garage smelled really unpleasant. That route goes past an abandoned casino. The garage itself is great.

The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished, and the location in central St. Peter-Ording is excellent. But there's no elevator. Carrying luggage up to the third floor from the underground garage is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone over 60.
