The hotel was clean to a high standard and well maintained, with a great choice of breakfast foods. There's a lovely outdoor dining area with North Friesian beach chairs, and the beautiful beach is a ten-minute walk away.
The grey-haired woman who welcomed us was an absolute pro at hospitality, though I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name. My wife and I were greeted so warmly by her and the rest of the staff, and the atmosphere was lovely. I’ve never felt so welcome in a hotel. It’s a fantastic place, and honestly, I didn’t want to leave.
We only stopped for coffee and hot chocolate, but both were delicious and great value. Sitting under the awning while the rain came down was really pleasant. Highly recommended.
A great range of waffles, and a pleasant experience all round.
The menu was nicely done, though a little overpriced.
