I've stayed here several times and get a response whenever there's an urgent issue. The room is very clean and comfortable, and I'll make this my regular place when I visit the wonderful city of Stade.

We felt very comfortable overall and would come back. The one-room apartment was furnished in a modern style, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only real downside was the three street-facing windows: they had pleated blinds that only darkened the room so much. To pull them fully up, I had to stand on a chair because there was no ladder. There was also just one armchair, so it wasn't easy for us to sit comfortably together in the evening.

We had a lovely holiday here. The place was quiet but very central, clean and well furnished, with everything we needed. The bed was nicely firm, and there was a large terrace. When a blackout blind gave us trouble, we sent a quick WhatsApp message and two staff members arrived within five minutes to fix it. Couldn't have been better.

The reservation had a small hiccup, but they sorted it out without any trouble. The apartments were spotless, easy to get to, and had everything we needed. We'd be very happy to come back. Highly recommend them.
