After a weekend at the nurburgring, the lads and I needed a quiet place to recover. The room worked perfectly for four, with adjustable beds, a kitchen, two TVs, and a decent outdoor area. The owners took care of everything and made a BANGIN breakfast. GET WP LAD. If you and the boys want a peaceful room for the weekend and a few crates of beer, this is the place.

I've stayed in all sorts of places for work, from basic B&Bs to five-star hotels in Dubai, and LandHotel Eifel-blick was one of my worst experiences. We were there from August 4 to August 8, 2024, with my wife, our 11-year-old twins, and our German Shepherd. I picked it because of the positive Google reviews, but they seemed misleading and inaccurate. It's essentially a basic bed and breakfast, and even that low bar wasn't met. The name "LandHotel" suggests a level of comfort and service that just wasn't there. The booking itself was easy, but watch out for the very strict cancellation terms. There's no free cancellation after booking, and cancelling within 34 days of the trip means substantial fees. Check-in went smoothly, then the problems started. We paid an extra 15 euros per night for the dog, but our room wasn't cleaned during the stay. Towels came daily, but there was no shampoo or toilet paper, so we had to ask for them. Breakfast was inadequate and disappointing in quality. When we complained about it, staff were demanding and disrespectful, and our concerns were never resolved. We felt more like hostages than guests, and the whole stay affected our vacation. The hotel has very few facilities and seems mainly set up for local workers, so I don't think it's suitable for families. We had considered the nearby restaurant, but avoided it after the breakfast experience. We found the website misleading, the amenities inadequate, and the conditions uncomfortable, with poor service and no value for the price. In the end, buying our own supplies and breakfast at a nearby supermarket was a much better experience than staying here.

I love the owners and staff, they're the nicest people, and the food is delicious with beautiful presentation. The building is gorgeous too, with a music-themed interior that I really love. Best place in the world, 10/10, wish I could give it more stars :D ⭐️❤️

The owner let us know ahead of time that they were very busy and there might be a wait, but we didn't notice any delay. We were really happy with his kindness and hospitality. It's a friendly restaurant with very good value for the quality. Highly recommended! Thanks, the four Dutchies
