This place has a lot of potential, which makes the experience a real pity. Twice we encountered unpleasant staff. We asked for a little while before ordering, but the man stayed standing right by us. When we requested fresh vegetables instead of French fries, we got vegetables that seemed oddly thawed and reheated. There was also a staff member smoking by the restaurant door.

The Spätzle and red cabbage are both homemade, and there’s a big variety of very, very good food. The waiters are super friendly, funny, and great with kids. All in all, an excellent restaurant.

It’s easy with kids, there are several vegetarian options, and the outdoor seating is nice. The service is fast and friendly. Nothing fancy, just simple, down-to-earth food at fair prices and great value, as it has been for decades.

We had dinner here, and the Bavarian choices were fantastic, all cooked really well and delicious. The traditional dining area is very open, with benches and several dining rooms. A good restaurant with attentive staff, and very family friendly.
