The rooms were clean, the location was good, and the staff were nice. Prices are affordable, and apartments are available.

For business trips to the Nuremberg Messe, the location is convenient, and the staff try to handle special requests. On one stay, for instance, they made breakfast available earlier than usual. I’ve stayed here several times because my company picks it for the lower cost during trade shows, though I wouldn’t choose it for myself. The rooms are very dated and uncomfortable. Whatever the decor is meant to be, the bedding and soundproofing are especially poor. I could hear a neighbor snoring, sneezing, and getting ready at 5 a.m., along with people on the stairs, so I slept badly. Some single rooms are ridiculously small, room sizes vary a lot, and the single beds are tiny. If you’re over 1.75 meters tall, you’ll probably touch the edge of the bed. The bathrooms badly need renovation. The shower is tiny and sits atop a 30cm step, and the door doesn’t close properly, so the bathroom floods each time. Adjusting the hot water is complicated, and there’s no shower gel or shampoo. When we arrived during my last stay, it had snowed beforehand and the hotel parking lot hadn’t been plowed at all, making it completely impassable.
