Bergmark Hotel

The hotel was so quiet, the quietest I’ve ever stayed in, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows are those big square ones and much too soft for me. I liked the restaurant, though I didn’t try the pool or sauna. The stairwell does smell like the sauna. One odd thing: the toilet door is opaque glass with fairly wide clear strips, and those give a direct view of the toilet. If you’re staying with a partner, friend, or anyone else, be ready for less privacy.

There’s plenty of free parking, and the rooms are large and air-conditioned. The hotel and pool were clean and well kept, with a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Dinner at the restaurant is served as a buffet. Breakfast could have had a little more choice too, since scrambled eggs were the only hot dish.

The pool is big, and having a sauna there is a real plus. I also found the staff very helpful, and the room had plenty of space. The forest setting with the horses is beautiful. Such a nice hotel, I’d definitely recommend it!

The service was nice, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent and filling. It’s a beautiful place with big, clean rooms. I’d rate it 10+ and recommend staying here.
