The hosts make you feel at home and are happy to share useful tips. Getting to Munich or Lake Chiemsee is easy, and there are plenty of good options for day trips. Rosenheim train station is about a 15-minute drive or taxi ride away. There’s ample street parking, and the comfortable furnishings match the description. The kitchen has what you need, with a few basics in the fridge too, though those aren’t covered by the already very reasonable price. Great location, highly recommended.

The location was peaceful, and the room was very clean and nice. I only took off a star because my room didn’t have a TV.
