The hotel was spotless, and its location near the beach and city centre is convenient. But our room faced a busy road and a construction site where air hammers ran from 7am to 5pm. They could have warned us beforehand, offered a price reduction, and supplied earplugs. There was no air conditioning or ventilation, so we had to leave the window open for air, and the old room doors were loud and poorly insulated, letting us hear people in the corridors. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't come back.

We stayed in a very clean, tidy room in an old family house, now part of a chain. You have to pick up the keys at the main building, and the place felt soulless since nobody is based there. The clever blinds rise from the bottom. We did have a sea view, though, in the picture on the bedroom wall!

There seemed to be bars and restaurants nearby, though the hotel itself is in a quiet part of town. I stayed one night and found it clean, with everything I needed. Breakfast had plenty to choose from.

The rooms were large and nice, and the staff were friendly, almost. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel apart from breakfast.

We stayed in the villa. The rooms were airy and good, and having a communal fridge was a nice extra. I'd recommend it.
