The quiet setting and charming feel made the stay especially enjoyable. Inside, the rooms are freshly furnished, clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable, homelike feel. The hotel offers very good value, and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Eifel National Park and the surrounding area.

We booked for just one night at short notice, and check-in was simple and contactless. The room was pleasantly furnished and had what we needed. You can hear people coming and going in the hallway, though.

The management were friendly, and the room was clean, attractive, and peaceful. Entry to both the building and room uses a PIN, with camera surveillance. There was renovation work happening, but since we were out all day it didn’t bother us. A kettle was supplied, though a few more tea bags or coffee pods would have been welcome. Also, the door between the stairwell and the first hallway needs a wall bumper near the handle. It slams otherwise and could damage the newly renovated wall. It was a great stay and I can recommend the place, but I’ve taken off two stars for service because it feels like a hostel to me.

The room was tidy, and both arrival and departure were easy. Really good value for the price.
