The owner is always helpful, friendly, and smiling, and the rooms feel warm, clean, and homely. After several stays, including one that lasted three weeks, I can say this is the only hotel I want when I'm travelling around the Venlo area. It's in a quiet, charming spot where it's easy to relax, yet close to the highway and town. In town there are shops, a petrol station, a bakery, and a shop selling food from nearby farms. I'm happy to come back, and I'm sure I will. For someone who spends much of the year travelling and staying in hotels, this is my favourite. I highly recommend it.

On our overnight stop while travelling from Germany to the UK, the owner went above and beyond to help us. She even prepared breakfast ahead of time because we were leaving early. We thought the place was lovely and can't recommend it enough.

The staff were very friendly, and my children and I had a comfortable stay in a charming apartment. We enjoyed pizza and pasta from a nearby Italian restaurant. After checkout, I realized I'd left my house key in the room, and she kindly sent it to my home. Several family attractions, including Irrland, are an easy drive away.

A really cosy, nice place. The rooms are like little apartments and have pretty much everything you might need. Thanks 👍🙏
