The location was ideal, with everything in town just a 5-10 minute walk away, and parking directly across the street. Our room was very clean, though one side of the bed felt a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was medium-sized, nicely presented, and had good food and drinks. The dining area was enjoyable, and the service was outstanding. At this price, it was a very good deal. We'd stay again without hesitation. 4.5 stars!

Stralsund was established in 1234, and the building really brings that age and history to mind through its walls, doors, beams, and brickwork. We spent a week here and had nothing bad to say. It's a great little hotel in the old city, with spacious rooms, tasteful but simple decor, and great food.

The garden is beautiful, and the owner is charming. It's right in the city center, yet still quiet. A great place.

We felt very comfortable during our two nights here. The rooms were spotless and the beds fantastic, and in the afternoon there was coffee with homemade cake. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, and the hotel is full of thoughtful details that gave me ideas for decorating my own home. Thank you to the staff and the owner.
