I spent one night here in September and woke up with more than 30 bedbug bites, which caused an allergic reaction. The room also smelled terrible. When I reported what happened, the hotel refused to refund my stay, saying they didn't know there were bedbugs in the room. The poor response made an awful experience even worse. I will never stay here again and strongly don't recommend this hotel.

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The rooms, though, looked very outdated and could use an upgrade. It was quiet most of the time, which was a plus. Breakfast felt a bit small and short on variety; I expected more choices. At times, the entrance and corridors smelled of smoke.

The hotel is right outside the train station, and pets are accepted for a fee. Breakfast was okay with a good variety, but it was the same every day. The beds, however, are too hard.

Good value for the price. The rooms were better than I expected, with a TV, great beds, and nice bathrooms. Service was good, and the man at reception was nice, though his English was subpar. Whether the location works depends on your situation. Parking in the nearby garage is painful if that's your plan.

The front office staff gave great attention, and the complimentary bus ticket for getting around during our stay made it memorable while we worked and toured. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The restaurant followed covid protocol, with the way in and out posted and buffet items secured in a display. Fantastic location! Thank you!
