Hotel am Feuersee

There are only three parking spaces, so parking is very limited. The rooms were tidy and roomy enough, and the staff were very nice. It’s a small hotel near the city center, within walking distance of the old city and plenty of places to eat. The church across the street rings its bells, which makes for a distinctive experience.

There’s no one on duty after 10 pm, which was the main downside for me. Otherwise, the staff were consistently polite and ready to help. The single room was clean and comfortable, with a small but manageable bathroom. There’s no minibar in the room, but drinks and snacks are available from a lobby fridge and can be charged to your room. Breakfast is small and cold, though there’s something for everyone, and the coffee is hot. The hotel was mostly quiet. Across the street, the cathedral bells mark the hours and quarter hours, and there are lots of ducks around the Feuersee.

The staff at Hotel am Feuersee were so kind and helpful whenever I had a question or request, and they made my Stuttgart stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with trains nearby. I loved the view and the location, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and places to walk to. I’d stay here again on my next visit to Stuttgart. Thank you!

The breakfast was very poor, with almost no choice and only tiny amounts available. The hotel service doesn’t match the price, so I wouldn’t recommend it. The rooms were small, and the bedding and curtains had stains. The bathroom was small but clean. They advertise secure parking, but there are only three spaces.
