The receptionist was really friendly and helpful, answering our questions and helping us buy food and drinks. She even offered us real glasses, which was great service. Since the hotel is in a business park with few food options nearby, the reasonably priced vending machine was very useful. It was well stocked and easy to pay for through a simple app or online. Our room was very clean and smelled nice, with a comfortable, firm bed that suited me. The shower had good pressure and a nice range of temperatures. Breakfast was good quality, but the selection was limited, especially the cooked food. I'd happily stay again, perhaps skipping breakfast next time.

This B&B is the best of the many B&B Hotels we've stayed in over the years, mostly in France. The older receptionist was very friendly and gave us useful advice about the U-Bahn. The breakfast put us off, though. At 12.90 euros per person, I felt it was far too expensive. We took a quick look at the breakfast area and thought the choice of items was limited, so we didn't eat there. This hotel sets a standard for the rest of the chain.

Leah at reception made my stay much more pleasant. She was kind and professional, and went out of her way to help me feel comfortable. She's a real asset to the team. Without her, my rating for the hotel would have been lower. Thank you, Leah!

The family room was spacious and comfortable, and we were met even though we arrived late. Parking was straightforward, with both an overground and underground car park, for a 7 euro charge. One of the best BnB stays we've had. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were good. The staff were professional, helpful, and very good. Free parking would improve things, as would breakfast at the same prices as in France, though that applies to all B&Bs in Germany.
