This wasn't the apartment shown in the listing. It was very dirty, smelled strongly of tobacco, and had cockroaches everywhere. The shower was broken, the bedroom lights didn't work, and the wardrobe had a broken drawer. Insulating tape was holding the broken baseboards in the rooms. The dryer also doesn't dry. The website shows a large attic terrace with a sofa and a staircase for a duplex, none of which had anything to do with this apartment. I called and texted the owner asking at least for cleaning and working lights in the rooms. She didn't come and didn't reply to my text.

The location was the best part, right on top of a mall where there's also a supermarket, with Halal food nearby. I stayed in a nice, spacious three-bedroom flat with good ventilation. It had all the equipment and facilities we needed.

I booked for 2-4 Dec three months in advance. Then at 02 am on 2 December, they emailed to say the reservation was cancelled, without giving a reason. We sent three or four messages but couldn't get a solution, so we had to find another room in Stuttgart at a very expensive price. They also refunded 14 dollars less than my first charge. I asked where the 14 dollars went and got no reply. Bad owner, I wouldn't recommend this at all.

They cancelled me three days before my stay, saying they were out of business. I'd already paid in full through booking.com five days before the stay. Obviously, I think they were lying. Book here if you want to risk being cancelled at the last minute.

A fairly comfortable place for a short stay, and not far from the metro center.
