The door was the scariest part. Its outside handle was broken with the batteries exposed, and the inside lock was broken too. We got stuck in the room and kept calling reception without an answer. When we eventually reached someone, they said they were busy and wouldn’t come help us, even though we couldn’t get out. The room’s fire alarm was broken as well, with part of it inside the wardrobe, so it was useless. On top of that, sheets that were supposedly changed or cleaned still had dust and crumbs, and there was toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived. For your safety and peace of mind, stay away from this nightmare.

Summer is a bad time to stay here. There’s no air conditioning, so the rooms get very hot. The staff weren’t nice either, and said it was no problem if I didn’t come back. Cleanliness was lacking too, since I found hair on the bed sheets.

The coffee was decent, which is the only reason I gave it one star. Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra charge. The rooms are tiny, and the TV had no connection. Mine smelled of old mold and urine, and the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned. With thin walls, I could hear the neighbors, a crying baby, people upstairs, and late night noise from the street because there’s a bar next door. It felt more like a hostel, but without a hostel price.

I don’t get why the rating is so low. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was decent too.

The hotel is close to the city center and train station, and my room was cleaned every day by the staff during my six-night stay. I’d recommend it :)
