The staff were friendly, including the person serving breakfast, and they managed to arrange the quieter back side of the top floor as I’d requested. The breakfast was excellent as well. From the outside Hetzel Hotel looks small, but inside our room was spacious, clean, and updated. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return when we’re back in Stuttgart.

My room was spacious and comfortable, and there’s free parking. Check-in took five minutes, though the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. The other staff were lovely. The food was okay, and everything else was fine too. I’d recommend it.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks on business trips and liked it a lot. The breakfast is perfect, and in summer you can eat in the garden. The hotel restaurant is great too, with friendly staff, good food, and beer. The rooms are good and the staff are friendly.

A comfortable, clean hotel that offers simple good value. The staff are very polite and helpful, and breakfast is better than average. WiFi is okay as long as your room isn’t right at the end of the corridor.

The staff did everything they could to help us feel comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
